In order to meet our expectations of continuous improvement, RAW plans on expanding office space in our long-term building on Colerain Avenue that we relocated to last spring. This includes building out two new offices for more employees, building our stock of replacement parts and appliances to service tenant needs more quickly, and standardizing maintenance protocol to ensure a consistent quality of service.

 

Building on the two hires the company made in 2019, RAW Property Management plans to hire a new bookkeeper to compartmentalize the accounting for all operational areas of the business. Additionally, we plan to bring in a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all day-to-day operations, contractor coordination, scheduling, and much more! We are constantly searching for the most skilled maintenance professionals in the Tri-State to hire for maintenance requests, unit turnovers, and renovation projects. These individuals are vital to the success of our tenant’s experiences and ensure our properties are running as they should. RAW will continue to bring desirable rental properties to market in 2020. Our vision for every property we manage is to collaborate with the respective owners and bring out the best in each space. The Cincinnati market boasts so many historic properties with architectural features no longer implemented in traditional buildings as they would cost far too much! The craftsmanship in many of our properties is not found in a newly constructed apartment complex! For example, one of the projects we aim to complete by the summer rental season are three luxury townhomes in the west end! These properties are situated only a couple blocks from the proposed FC Cincinnati Stadium! The open-air layout of these properties is sure to be a magnificent space for years to come – and a great place to watch the game!
